J. M. Frith (who'd tell you the M stands for Machiavellian except she'd be lying) currently resides in west London. Years of living as a student and putting off the real world (and taxes) has earnt her a BSc in Computing, and she's one thesis away from an MA in Television Production. Unfortunately, she had to start contributing to society at some point, and has actually managed to get a job working as a button monkey technical operator.

In Reality (i.e. the Internet), she goes by the name of Jewels (hence why you'll see that name all over this site) or usually Yshyn (for obscure reasons), writes fanfic, reads fanfic, plays games and curses the availability of internet access the world over that lets idiots post whatever rubbish they like online. On an unrelated tangent, her own fanfiction is available on this website.

When asked to summarise her life philosophy in a single sentence for this page, she first worried at the fact that she was asking herself questions aloud, and then said, "Carpe Aptenodytes.".
